Rated 3 out of 5 by LJJL from Previous parent unit died/low battery life I bought this parent unit to replace my previous parent unit - after one year of use, the battery life was only a couple minutes and the screen was no longer working. Angelcare showed me how to sync my new unit to the existing nursery unit, and so far no issues.

Is this monitor compatible with the AC310-2 cameras?
Thank you for contacting Angelcare. No, the AC1300 is not compatible with the AC310. The AC310, AC315, AC417, AC510, AC517 are only compatible with the monitors listed here. Thank you

Hi. The power button of our existing AC1300 parent monitor is no longer working (seems that the internal contacts might no longer be functioning correctly). Will this monitor you have advertised be compatible with the camera unit in Ireland and UK? Thanks
I had the same issue and replaced it with a new monitor, the new monitor was even worse than the broken one - no range, had to be plugged in to work, kept turning off. I flagged this to support and they came up with excuses and were not willing to do anything about it. It had no use now so I'd advise shopping elsewhere.

How can I sync a new monitor to my nursery unit please? I have tried the steps above but it is coming up with like a fast forward arrow and then nothing happens
I can’t see the instructions you followed but I had an issue before with mine and customer service sent me the below instructions. Just make sure both units are off. Hope this helps! Both units must be turned off before starting. 1. Turn on the nursery unit 2. Press the power button on the nursery unit 4 times, the night light will start flashing (click quickly) 3. Turn on your parent unit 4. Press and hold down the ZOOM button and quickly press the power button (do not hold it down)

I just got a replacement parent unit. What do I need to do to get it to connect with the video stream. I turn on the monitor and the parent unit but they are not connected. There is no video.
Thanks for contacting Angelcare Monitor, Here is the procedure to pair the Camera and Parent Unit: Switch the Nursery Unit & Parent Unit OFF Switch the Nursery Unit ON Quickly press & release the power button 4 times, the Nightlight on the Nursery Unit will begin to flash Please Note: The nightlight will flash for approx.10 seconds – you will need to complete the remaining steps whilst the nightlight is flashing. Once this flashing stops, if you have not completed all the steps you will need to begin again Turn the Parent Unit ON You will see the blue Angelcare logo on the screen followed by a blank screen – now press & hold the Zoom Button on the Parent Unit Whilst still holding down the Zoom Button quickly press & release the Power Button on the Parent Unit Please Note: Do not press the power button for too long as this will switch the Parent Unit OFF and you will need to begin again Now release the Zoom Button If successful you will see the video capture appear on the Parent Unit screen as the Parent Unit & Nursery Unit are now connected
