I have just received my replacement parent unit but it will not connect to the nursery unit ?

Unfortunately, if you have purchased your monitor outside North America, we are unable to process any request for replacement units. Due to the software differences between North America & International models, any replacement parts we keep in stock will not connect/work with your monitor. If the monitor you have is an international one, we would recommend that you contact the distributor in the country where you purchased it for assistance. Click here : https://international.angelcarebaby.com/ to be directed to the list of our International Distributors. Additionally, as our monitors are for North American market only, our warehouse is not able to dispatch any North American parts internationally. However, we can send a replacement unit to a North American address and this could be forwarded to you thereafter. To do so, you need to provide us with the following information: Model of monitor, it is mentioned on the Parent & Nursery Unit and begins by AC The Batch/Lot Number. It is located underneath the Parent Unit, Nursery Unit and Sensor Pad on a small white label Proof of purchase, receipt. We can accept a picture/photo clearly showing the date and product A full North American address with a name of contact and phone number. I have the AC401 with sound and motion detection from back in December of 2011. The parental unit screens failed. Will this replacement unit perform in the same way? Can I still listen to nursery?

Absolutely. This is a replacement part for the AC401. You'll be able to pair your actual Nursery Unit with this model.
